How do I apply magnetic lashes?
1. Line eyelid with magnetic eyeliner, close to lash line
2. Let the magnetic liner dry then apply lashes.
*Liner is best when applied in two layers (like nail polish)*

Monday 10am to Friday 6pm
Saturday 11am to 5pm, Closed Sunday.
All EMAILS will be responded to within 48 business hours. If longer, please resend email.
- All Mink Lashes are handmade and not machine manufactured. Lashes may vary sometimes in uniqueness due to this delicate process.
Processing & Shipping
- All orders are processed in the order they are received. High volume in orders such as sales or holidays can cause an extra day in delays in processing and shipping time. Processing time is 1 to 2 business days, but can take 1 to 3 days if order volumes are high. ORDERS DO NOT GET PROCESSED OR SHIPPED ON SUNDAYS AS USPS IS CLOSED. Once processed on a week day, actual Shipping time is 3 to 5 days for USA. International Shipping is 7 to 14 days. EnGAGEing Winks is not responsible for any custom fees with international packages.
Refunds
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, Only store credit if we approve of the situation.
Eyelash products are non-refundable or exchangeable due to sanitary reasons.
Lost and Returned Packages
- If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our warehouse, you are responsible for an extra shipping fee in order for us to ship it again. EnGAGEing Winks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, You personally must contact the United States Postal Service @ (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. Once the package leaves our facility and it is with the mail carrier we are no longer responsible or liable. By placing your order, you acknowledge you have read our policy and that Mink Envy Lashes will not be held responsible for delayed packages or delivery issues by USPS.
